Welcome to Fountain Park.  Thank you for considering Fountain Park for your special event.  After carefully reading the two documents posted online about renting our facility, I am happy to discuss any questions you have.  Fountain Park is managed and maintained by volunteers.   We will do our best to make your event wonderful.

If you want to rent at Fountain Park:

  1. Email Nan Lingenfelter to find out if the date is available. If it is open, Nan will email you and the booking process can be started.
  2. Fill out the forms – both the Rental Agreement and either the Special Event Form or the Wedding Form – and email them to Nan Lingenfelter. If you prefer to mail these two documents to her, send them to: 8 McIntosh Drive, Wilbraham, MA 01095. Your event will NOT be booked until these two forms have been sent.  NOTE:  Payment checks should not be sent directly to Nan.
  3. Your event will then be booked, and your date is confirmed. The process is then started, and a confirmation letter will be sent.
  4. Payment: Two weeks prior to your event, please send the following two checks to: Fountain Park, PO Box 874 Wilbraham, MA 01095 (these can be sent in the same envelope):
    1. security check for $300 with “Security and the date” in the memo.  This check will not be deposited and will be shredded after the event.
    2. payment check for the full amount owed. The entire amount for your event includes the rental of the facility, and, if you decided, the Luxury Trailer Bathrooms.  You MUST put the event date on the memo.
  5. Nan will review your forms and email you to decide event details (table and chair set up, etc.).
