Karen has proven executive leadership experience in a wide variety of industries including newspaper publishing, nuclear power, military jet engines, automotive and construction. In 1985 she launched the Momentum Group which offered strategic planning and marketing services and executive counsel to companies in the U.S., Canada and Europe. Today Momentum is focused on senior executive counsel.
She is committed to contributing to her community.
In 2015 she was asked to join the Wilbraham Vision Task Force whose mission was to “lead a community-driven process to make Wilbraham a better place to live and work. The Taskforce gathered broad-based public input and generated a consensus-based guiding vision to address Wilbraham’s current and evolving challenges and opportunities.” She has contributed marketing skills to projects for New England Public Radio, the World Affairs Council of Western Mass., Rick’s Place and Old Post Road Orchestra, and has served the Wilbraham Nature and Cultural Center Park since 2012.
